Refund Policy:
If you have made an error in making your donation or changed your mind about contributing to Water For People, we will attempt to honor your request for a refund if made within 7 days of the donation date.
 
To request a refund, please email us at donate@waterforpeople.com or call 720.488.4590.  Refunds will be given at the sole and exclusive discretion of Water For People. Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to the same card. Please note that once a donation is refunded, any previously issued receipt for that gift is invalid.

Our site is meant to function in the latest versions of the major browsers, both on the desktop and mobile operating systems. Internet Explorer versions 9 and older are not supported by this site. To see this site in its intended state, we recommend choosing another browser (such as Chrome).

Why Don't We Fix Our Site for X Browser?

Essentially, Water For People is a non-profit and we would rather spend money on our causes instead of the very significant amount of money that it would cost us to design and maintain a website that works for legacy, unsupported browsers.
